Description

An adjustable clamping handle (also called a T-handle clamp lever or ratchet lever) that gives you repeatable, tool-free clamping anywhere you are tired of reaching for a wrench. This is the threaded-stud version — it screws into any tapped hole or T-nut, so the handle itself becomes the clamping bolt.

The powder-coated zinc alloy body takes higher clamping loads than plastic handles and the finish gives it good corrosion resistance in a shop environment, paired with a zinc-plated steel stud. Spin it on, snug it down, then lift the lever, swing it back to a clear position and drop it to re-engage — the internal ratchet lets you get full clamping force even in tight spots where a fixed handle would hit something before it was tight.

Specifications

  • Thread sizes: M4 x 0.7 mm, M5 x 0.8 mm, M6 x 1 mm, M8 x 1.25 mm, M10 x 1.5 mm, M12 x 1.75 mm
  • Stud lengths: 15 mm to 63 mm
  • Handle lengths: 30 mm to 108 mm
  • Colors: Black / Orange (select above; some sizes come in one color)
  • Sold: individually

On a sim rig they turn every slotted adjustment into a tool-free one: pedal deck angle and depth, seat sliders, wheel deck height, monitor and keyboard trays — anywhere a bolt head currently makes you reach for a hex key. Pair the stud with a T-nut in 15/40-series aluminum extrusion (Sim-Lab, Trak Racer, 80/20 and similar profile rigs) and you can re-position between sessions in seconds. M6 and M8 sizes are the workhorses on most aluminum-profile sim rigs.

Pick your size in the options above — pricing varies by size. 54 size configurations available to order.
