How much does a party cost?

How much space do you need at my place?
Less than you'd think. Living rooms, garages, covered patios, clubhouses, and meeting rooms all work. Tell us where you're hosting in the form and we'll confirm the fit before anything is booked.
Can kids drive? What about total beginners?
Absolutely — parties are our favorite mix of first-timers and self-declared pros. Our staff adjusts the seat, wheel, and driving assists for every driver, so young kids and total beginners finish their laps grinning while the experienced drivers get the full challenge. Let us know the ages in the form and we'll set up accordingly.
How many guests can race?
All of them — that's the point. We run rotations and heats so everyone gets seat time. One simulator handles a smaller gathering comfortably; for bigger groups we'll recommend the right simulator count so lines stay short and the leaderboard stays hot.
How long do we get the simulators?
As long as your party needs. Tell us your start and end time in the form — the quote is built around your schedule, whether that's a two-hour birthday or an all-day celebration.
Can we set up outdoors?
Yes — backyards and patios make great racetracks, as long as the simulators sit on solid, covered ground (a tent, garage, or pavilion works). Outdoor setups are weather-dependent, and each simulator needs a dedicated power source — we'll walk through the details with you when we quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends go first, and December goes fastest of all. That said — send the form even if your date is soon. If we can make it happen, we will.
Can we bring food and decorations to a showroom party?
Showroom parties are private bookings — the space is yours for the party. Tell us what you're planning (cake, pizza, decorations, the works) in the form and we'll let you know exactly what we can accommodate.
