Put a Racetrack
On Your Showroom Floor
The dealership simulator program from Velocity Pro Sims. A professional racing simulator works your floor seven days a week — every customer registers with a Driver Key, races onto your store's leaderboard, and keeps coming back to beat their time. You get the traffic, the excitement, and every registration as a lead.

A Lead Engine That Never Takes a Day Off
We place a professional, direct-drive racing simulator on your showroom floor — unmanned, always on, and wired into our timing and lead-capture platform. It draws customers in, keeps them in the building longer, and brings them back on their own.
- Unmanned and always on. We deliver, install, calibrate, and maintain it. No staffing needed from us or from you — registration, timing, and the leaderboard run themselves.
- Registration required to race. Every session starts with a Driver Key registration — name and contact info — so every driver on your floor is a captured lead.
- The leaderboard brings them back. Customers return on their own to defend their spot — and every return visit is another at-bat for your sales team.
- A monthly lead report for your team. Who registered, who came back, and which salesperson's card brought them in — delivered every month, ready to work.
One Card. Every Visit. Every Lead.
The Driver Key is the heart of the program — a real business card your salespeople hand out on the floor, at service, and around town, with a QR code on the back that unlocks the simulator. That's the actual card on the left — front and back.
The customer scans it, registers in under a minute, and becomes a driver in your store's competition. The same key works on every visit, for unlimited attempts at the leaderboard — and because cards can be issued per salesperson, every registration is credited to the person who handed it out.
- ✓Your salesperson hands the card — a business card with your store's QR Driver Key
- ✓Customer scans and registers in under a minute — name and contact details
- ✓Their name posts to your showroom leaderboard the moment they finish a lap
- ✓The key works on every visit — unlimited attempts to beat their best time
- ✓Personal bests tracked visit after visit, building a reason to return
- ✓Every registration lands in your monthly lead report with full visit history
This Is What a Branded Platform Looks Like
Not renderings — these are our platforms, wrapped for brands we've run. We do the same for your dealership: the platform, the screens, the virtual world, and the Driver Key cards your sales team hands out.

Full Platform Wrap
Pennzoil retail activation — the platform base, screen surround, and signage wrapped in brand colors, working a store floor just like yours.

Platform + Backdrop
MAPEI trade show booth — wrapped platform with a full branded backdrop, turning the simulator into the centerpiece of the space.

Cockpit & Seat Branding
Straight Talk at a NASCAR event — branded seat, cockpit accents, and screens carrying the campaign from every angle.
On Your Machine
- ✓Full vinyl wrap of the platform in your dealership's colors and logo
- ✓Branded racing seat and cockpit accents
- ✓Leaderboard display carrying your store's identity
- ✓Custom-printed Driver Key cards for your sales team
In the Virtual World
- ✓Your logo on the race car's livery in-game
- ✓Branded trackside billboards and signage on the circuit
- ✓Your identity on registration and results screens
- ✓Featured cars and tracks matched to your brand and audience
The Leaderboard That Refills Your Showroom
A live leaderboard runs on a screen beside the simulator, updating in real time. Getting bumped from the top ten is the reason a customer walks back into your showroom on a Tuesday — no ad required.
- Registration is required to drive, so every name on the board is a lead
- Unlimited comeback attempts keep registered drivers returning
- Monthly competitions and prize events your store can promote
- Per-salesperson Driver Keys turn lead generation into a friendly internal contest

Planned With Your Marketing Team
A simulator that just sits there is a toy. A simulator with a competition around it is a traffic machine. We work directly with your marketing department on the strategy for the placement and for every event we run together — so people hear about it, show up, and really enjoy it.
Competition Calendar
Monthly challenges, featured tracks, and prize structures mapped to your sales calendar — model launches, tent sales, service specials.
Promotion Support
Social content angles, email copy, and in-store signage concepts built with your marketing team so the competition actually draws a crowd.
Salesperson Attribution
Each salesperson gets their own Driver Key cards, so the leaderboard doubles as an internal contest: whose cards brought in the most drivers?

Grand Openings & Sales Events
Tent sales, anniversary weekends, grand openings — give people a reason to pick your lot over the one down the road, and capture every visitor who races.

Holiday & Appreciation Days

What Dealers Actually Pay Attention To
No Travel Charges Within 50 Miles of Daytona
The dealer program is based in Daytona Beach, Florida and runs with zero delivery or service charges within a 50-mile radius — covering dealerships from Palm Coast to New Smyrna Beach and inland through DeLand and Sanford. Outside the 50 miles, the exact same program is available with a simple mileage charge on top, quoted up front — no surprises. Staffed event days travel nationwide, the same way we deliver activations for NASCAR events and national trade shows.
Dealer Program FAQ
How much does the dealership simulator program cost?
Monthly placements are $1,995 per simulator on a 3-month term ($2,495 month-to-month), with a second simulator at $1,495/month. A one-week trial is $795, fully credited if you convert to monthly within 30 days. Staffed event days start at $1,500 all-in, with a $995/day member rate for monthly-placement dealers.
What is a Driver Key?
A business card your salespeople hand out with a QR code on the back. Scanning it registers the customer as a driver: their name goes on your store leaderboard, their lap times and visits are tracked, and they can return for unlimited attempts to beat their best. Every Driver Key registration is a captured lead with contact details, delivered to your team in a monthly report.
Does the simulator need staff to run?
No. Monthly and weekly placements run unmanned — registration, timing, and the leaderboard are fully automated. For event days, we bring professional operators who run the whole show.
What does the dealership need to provide?
Floor space of roughly 5 by 10 feet with clearance, a standard power outlet, and ideally a spot for the leaderboard screen where people can see it. We handle delivery, setup, calibration, and maintenance.
Where is the program available?
The program is based in Daytona Beach, Florida and runs with no additional delivery or service charges within 50 miles — from Palm Coast down to New Smyrna Beach and inland through DeLand and Sanford. Dealerships beyond the 50-mile radius can absolutely run the program too: additional mileage is simply charged on top and quoted up front. Staffed event days travel nationwide.
Who gets the customer data?
Your store does. Every registration made at your dealership — names, contact info, and visit history — is delivered to your team in the monthly lead report for your follow-up.
Can customers really come back and race again?
Yes — that's the whole point. The Driver Key works on every visit, and the leaderboard gives people a reason to return. Repeat visits are where the program outperforms any ad: the lead keeps walking back into your showroom.
What if the simulator needs service?
Maintenance is included, and if a rig ever needs attention we swap in an equivalent simulator with 48 hours' notice. Lap times and the leaderboard live in our platform, so your competition is never interrupted.
Can we book a one-off event without a monthly placement?
Absolutely. Staffed dealer event days start at $1,500 per day all-in, for one day, two days, or a full week. Many dealers start with an event and move to a monthly placement once they see the crowd it draws.
