The Sim-Lab GT1 EVO Front Mount is the front wheelbase bracket for the GT1 EVO cockpit, built from a 15 mm black-coated aluminum plate with 10 mm side plates. It is the mounting solution for running a high-torque direct drive base on a GT1 EVO without any flex in the front of the rig.
Thick plate, no flex
A direct drive wheelbase is only as good as what it is bolted to. A thin or under-braced front mount lets the base twist under load, and that twist shows up in your hands as vague, delayed feedback. This bracket uses a 15 mm face plate with 10 mm side plates and 500 mm of width across the assembly, so torque goes into the chassis instead of into deflection.

Before you order
Two fitment notes from Sim-Lab: the dashboard bracket is not intended for use with the Fanatec CSL wheel, and the EVO front mount cannot be used in combination with the GT1 EVO single screen holder.
