The CONSPIT 290GP is a formula sim racing wheel built around a 3D ergonomic control layout. Instead of putting every button on one flat plane, CONSPIT stacks and angles the controls to where your thumbs actually travel. Add a carbon fiber faceplate, a forged aluminum body, a 4.3-inch dashboard and F1-style MagFlip paddles, and you have a wheel built for serious open-wheel racing.
Carbon fiber and forged aluminum
A pressure-molded carbon fiber front plate is paired with a forged 6061-T6 aluminum body. CONSPIT rates the structure for high rigidity at 40 percent less mass, which means crisp force feedback transmission and no flex through an endurance session. The wheel weighs 1400 g without the quick release.
3D ergonomic controls
Control angles and positions are set through biomechanical analysis. The stacked button layout gives around 40 percent higher input density than a flat design and lines up with natural thumb positions, so you can work it blind in the middle of a corner. A pair of rear push buttons, inspired by real race cars, sits behind the wheel within reach of your fingers.
ErgoTouch buttons and ThumbClick encoders
Twelve modular ErgoTouch RGB buttons each have localized rigidity and tuned actuation force and travel for consistent feedback. ThumbClick encoders are tuned for diameter, resistance and trigger feel to cut down on accidental inputs. RGB lighting is SimHub-ready, with LED customization in CONSPIT Link 2.0.
MagFlip F1-style paddles
The MagFlip rocker paddle system brings Formula-style push and pull dual-action shifting to your rig, with magnetic actuation for a precise, tactile click. Two modular Hall-sensor clutch paddles handle your launches.
Ready-to-go 4.3-inch dashboard
The 800 x 480 display runs at 500 nits and 60 fps with purpose-built racing layouts, and pop-up displays show your in-car adjustments as you make them.
EnduroGrips built to last
TPU EnduroGrips are rated for more than 1,000 hours of endurance use with three times the durability of standard TPE grips, and the grip area works with a two- or three-finger lower hold.
Quick-Con adapter, with CDP as an option
The wheel mounts through CONSPIT's Quick-Con adapter: a standard 70 mm PCD interface with a heavy-duty connector and its own detachable coiled USB cable, so it fits a wide range of wheel-side quick releases. On a CONSPIT ARES base, the optional CDP quick release connects the wheel directly, with a Formula-inspired CNC-machined 7075 aluminum clasp, ball locking for zero-play positioning and spring contacts that keep the signal stable around electrical interference.
