VPS Contender: a complete turnkey racing simulator from Velocity Pro Sims

Sim-Lab's P1X Pro, 21 Nm of MOZA direct drive, load-cell pedals, H-pattern shifter, handbrake, triples and Stage 1 haptics — motion-ready from day one.

The VPS Contender is built on the Sim-Lab P1X Pro — the heavy-gauge 8020 cockpit we use for our own motion builds — so it is ready for Vero Motion actuators whenever you are. It runs the MOZA R21 Ultra with 21 Nm, the GS V2P GT wheel with its 4" dash display, CRP2 load-cell pedals with clutch, the HGP H-pattern shifter and HBP handbrake, a CM2 HD dash, and three 32" 165 Hz screens on Sim-Lab's integrated Vario triple mount. Stage 1 haptics — two Earthquake tactile transducers and an amplifier — are included, and it all runs on our Scenario 7 PC with a Core i9 and RTX 5070.

Every VPS Contender is specified as one machine: cockpit, direct-drive wheelbase, wheel, pedals, seat, triple 32" 165 Hz screens, a purpose-built racing PC with iRacing pre-loaded and remote support enabled, Logitech Z906 5.1 audio and all cabling and mounting hardware.

Every turnkey package includes 45 days of full support from Velocity Pro Sims from the day of purchase — hardware, software and tuning, with remote access to the racing PC when you want us to look at something. After that, service is available at $120 per hour.

What does 'motion-ready' mean here?
The P1X Pro accepts Vero Motion's Champion actuator brackets directly. When you are ready, we add the Champion GT 3DOF system (Stage 2) or the Legend 6DOF system with surge and traction loss (Stage 3) to this exact rig.

Why the wheeldeck mount instead of front mount?
MOZA bases mount natively to the wheeldeck with MOZA's adapter plate, which keeps the wheel position adjustable for every driver in the house.

Can Velocity Pro Sims build or install it for me?
Yes — white glove build, delivery and installation is available. Our technicians can assemble, calibrate and install the complete system in your space; contact us for a white glove quote.

Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Our showroom at 933 Beville Rd, Suite 102E in Daytona Beach — ten minutes from Daytona International Speedway — has walk-in seat time with no appointment and no charge, Wednesday through Sunday.
