Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint are the perfect choice for both casual sim racers and professional eSports drivers. Featuring a strong, compact, and highly adjustable design with custom electronics and powerful SmartControl software, these pedals offer fully adjustable pedal geometry and force. The Sim Pedals Sprint are made with CNC precision laser cut steel, intended for home-use simulators. Mathematical models accurately calculate pedal travel and force curves, predicting with great accuracy how each pedal behaves in different configurations. All metal profiles either have a RAL7016 Anthracite Grey fine-structure powder coat or a bead blasted semi-gloss metallic look. The pedals include new concepts for bearings and pivot points to minimize unnecessary play. Automated testing routines simulate up to 1 million duty cycles. Durable load cells measure throttle and clutch position and force applied to the brake, providing true linear output and unmatched accuracy and durability over time.

Components

Throttle

• Adjustability: Smooth, accurate, and highly adjustable, the throttle pedal offers excellent control over any race car. Features five pedal travel settings, adjustable pedal force curve, spring preload, pedal angle, and pedal height.

Brake

• Dual Stage Brake System: Consists of an adjustable initial coil spring and progressive rubber springs. Pedal firmness is adjustable with six different rubber stack heights. A 120kg load cell measures up to 65kg (143lbs) of maximum brake force, catering to both high and low operating forces.

Clutch

• Regressive Spring Mechanism: Simulates a typical concave clutch curve. Features three pedal force curve settings, adjustable spring preload, pedal angle, and pedal height.

Electronics

• Integrated Design: All new electronics integrated into the brake pedal for a clean setup with minimal wire clutter. The controller board has a conformal coating for protection against moisture and dust. The product is CE certified and compliant with all applicable European EMC norms and regulations.

SmartControl Software

The Sim Pedals Sprint come with a powerful configuration tool allowing you to set up your pedals in ways not previously possible: SmartControl. Working together with all-new electronics, SmartControl allows for instant mapping of (non-linear) pedal output curves, pedal deadzones, and brake pedal force. These adjustments can be made without recalibrating the pedals (including iRacing). All settings can be saved into profiles, which can be loaded again in a few mouse clicks.

Warranty

Heusinkveld provides a 24-month warranty starting from the date of delivery. Repairs and/or replacement deliveries do not extend the warranty period. Defects will be remedied free of charge within a reasonable period by repairing or replacing the products/parts in question.

Warranty Coverage Limitations

• Incorrect setup and/or installation.
• Non-compliance with (safety) regulations stated in the manual.
• Inappropriate use or operation.
• External influences, such as transport and impact damage.
• Repairs and modifications not carried out by Heusinkveld.
• Use of non-original parts.
