Shipping and Lead Time

• Free Shipping: Available to the Continental U.S. and Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut).
• Import Duties Covered: For U.S.-based customers.
• Shipping from Montreal, Canada: Typical lead time before shipping is 5 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping queue.

Warranty

Heusinkveld provides a 24-month warranty starting from the date of delivery. Repairs and/or replacement deliveries do not extend the warranty period. Defects will be remedied free of charge within a reasonable period by repairing or replacing the products/parts in question.

Warranty Coverage Limitations

• Incorrect setup and/or installation.
• Non-compliance with (safety) regulations stated in the manual.
• Inappropriate use or operation.
• External influences, such as transport and impact damage.
• Repairs and modifications not carried out by Heusinkveld.
• Use of non-original parts.
