Installation Guide
Without Seat Sliders
- Install the 22” profiles on the chassis: Tighten the bolts holding the corner gussets to the 22” profile but leave the bolts attaching the 22” profile to the chassis loose.
- Install the seat brackets on the 22” profile: Ensure the inside edge of the seat bracket is flush with the inside edge of the 22” profile, then tighten the bolts.
- Install the seat in the brackets: Be careful not to scratch the seat. If necessary, adjust the 22” profile further apart.
- Tighten the seat brackets to the seat: Ensure you are using the same mounting holes on each side.
- Center the seat with the chassis: Ensure equal spacing between the 22” profiles and the base. The profiles do not need to be parallel as long as the seat is centered and straight.
- Your rig is ready to go!
With Seat Sliders
- Install the 22” profiles on the chassis: Tighten the bolts holding the corner gussets to the 22” profile but leave the bolts attaching the 22” profile to the chassis loose.
- Install the seat sliders on the seat brackets: Ensure the inside edge of the seat slider is flush with the inside edge of the seat bracket.
- Install the seat slider and seat bracket assembly on the seat: Use the same mounting holes on each side and avoid scratching the seat.
- Ensure the seat sliders are at the same locking position.
- Adjust the U handle bar for the seat sliders: Bend it to make it wider or narrower depending on fitment.
- Install the U handle bar carefully.
- Install the seat assembly on the 22” profiles.
- Tighten the front or rear bolts holding the sliders on the 22” profile.
- Slide the seat to access and tighten the remaining bolts.
- Center the seat with the chassis: Move the entire 22” profile and seat assembly, being careful not to scratch the profiles.
- Tighten the corner gusset bolts left loose initially.
- Your rig is ready to go!

Return Policy
If the seat you ordered is too tight and doesn't fit properly, we offer a store credit or a full refund. However, you will have to pay return shipping to our workshop in Montreal, Canada. We highly advise paying close attention to our specifications and measurements before placing your order.
