Case Study: Essence Festival 2024 - Racing Simulator Activation

On July 6, 2024, NASCAR enlisted Sim Rental Pros to provide Racing Simulators for the Essence Festival in New Orleans. The event presented a unique challenge: supplying power to three simulators in a parking lot. Despite this logistical hurdle, the setup was relatively straightforward, and we always learn something new from each event.

During the festival, we had the opportunity to engage with many attendees, many of whom were new to sim racing. This allowed us to introduce and guide them through this exciting experience. For our client, it offered the added benefit of associating their brand with a unique and engaging activity.

As a gesture of our appreciation towards NASCAR, we were able to bring in a third simulator. This addition made it possible for an extra 80-100 people to race throughout the day.
